Jennifer Mounty LCSW-R

Jennifer is a psychotherapist serving New York and New Jersey for over 20 years.

So you took the first step….that’s great!

When you find yourself to be ‘unhappy'  or repeating negative patterns of behaviors, one of the most difficult  things for most people to do is say "I need help.”  We are often brought up to be strong and independent.   While this can be good it also exhibits ‘strength' to realize that you can’t and shouldn’t do it alone.

What happens next?

I want to help you start your journey towards a better understanding of the person you are, what has brought you to this point in your life, and where you would like to see yourself in the future.
